Job summary

Raines Co. seeks a Laundry Attendant to ensure clean linens are supplied to the hotel and to support room attendants in delivering guest comfort. The role emphasizes maintaining a safe, organized laundry area and timely provision of clean linens for guest rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or similar in a hotel or commercial environment
• Experience cleaning in a customer focused environment
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to requests
• Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment in laundry area
• Assisting room attendants as needed, stripping rooms, bringing supplies, taking out garbage
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Vacuuming carpets
• Dusting and polishing furniture
• Emptying trash containers
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
• Restocking chemicals and/or supplies
• Follow all health and safety rules
• Attends meetings as required
