Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring a Laundry Attendant to handle hotel linens and towels, maintain a clean facility, and support housekeeping. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and guest-ready cleanliness in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience in a hotel, hospital, residential, or care-facility environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, trustworthy, organized, and committed to guest service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; follow established procedures and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort soiled linens and towels according to established procedures.
• Wash, dry, fold, organize, and stock linens and towels.
• Treat stains when appropriate and maintain records of stained, damaged, or discarded items.
• Notify a supervisor when linens cannot be restored and should be removed from inventory.
• Operate washers, dryers, and related equipment according to manufacturer instructions.
• Clean lint traps and equipment surfaces and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain laundry production, inventory, and supply records as required.
• Keep laundry areas, shelves, equipment, and storage rooms clean and organized.
• Follow established procedures for sanitation, chemical handling, safety, security, and emergency response.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest or departmental requests.
• Use required hotel systems and communication tools, such as Quore or Hotel Effectiveness.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain a professional appearance consistent with uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform other related duties within the associate's training and capabilities.
