Job summary

AHC Hospitality in Grand Rapids area is seeking a full-time Laundry Associate to support guests across our hotel properties. Responsibilities

• Feed sheets, table linen, napkins, and pillowcases into iron.
• Load, unload, and run the dryers.
• Operate towel folder and maintain laundry area.
• Attend departmental meetings and follow handbooks and SOPs.
• Ensure high levels of guest service and adherence to standards.
• Follow green policies and safety guidelines.
