Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville is seeking a Kitchen Utility to support daily kitchen operations. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, operating dishwashing equipment, and handling trash and recycling while ensuring a professional image to guests.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a kitchen environment, a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate teamwork, empathy, friendliness, and initiative in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of kitchen experience required.
• Must be team oriented, empathetic, friendly and show initiative.
• Represent the hotel in a professional manner to guests.

Responsabilités

• Set up and shut down dish station according to hotel guidelines.
• Handle all trash and recycling removal, sweeping, and mopping.
• Clean dishes in proper order using 3-compartment sinks and dish machine.
• Ensure dishes are clean, sanitized, and properly stored.
• Organize storage by type and size; maintain proper storage practices.
• Operate and safely use all kitchen equipment; report hazards to supervisor.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks and notify supervisor of issues.
