Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification.
• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all glassware, silverware, plates, pots, pans, and utensils used by culinary and banquet teams.
• Clean and polish silver and copper items and keep kitchen equipment in good condition.
• Organize and store clean items in their proper locations with care.
• Empty kitchen and prep-area trash, dispose of cardboard, and maintain cleanliness of all areas.
• Deep-clean dish machines weekly and assist with cleaning kitchen equipment as directed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and clean mats across all culinary spaces.
• Follow opening, closing, and daily cleaning checklists provided by supervisors.
