Responsibilities

• Heavy duty cleaning of ovens, grills, sinks, and floors.
• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Sweep, mop and wash floors in food and beverage areas.
• Keep management informed of equipment and supply shortages.
• Operate dishwashing equipment ensuring sanitation.
• Return clean china, glass, and silver to storage.
• Report any faulty equipment to management.
• Empty garbage from Food and Beverage areas.
• Know the location and operation of fire extinguishing equipment.
• Practice safe work habits to avoid injuries.
• Assist in set up and breakdown of restaurant buffet.
• Assist Banquets by supplying china, glass, and silver.
