Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, and utensils with machines or manual methods.
• Store clean dishes and utensils in their designated locations.
• Remove trash and waste according to restaurant protocols.
• Keep dishwashing area clean and safe; report maintenance needs.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep and stocking tasks.
• Follow health and safety rules and proper chemical handling.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
