Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move heavy items as needed.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area and kitchen.
• Properly operate dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with trash removal and cleaning of kitchen floors and work areas.
• Restock clean dishes, cookware, and supplies throughout the kitchen and service areas.
• Support kitchen associates with cleaning and organizational tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dumpsters, trash areas, and storage spaces.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with closing cleaning duties at the end of each shift.
