Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment, performing deep cleaning projects, and assisting team members as needed. The position is on-site with weekend availability and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the dish machine and ensures minimum temperature requirements.
• Cleans dishwasher, changes water based on use and cleans curtains/traps.
• Air dries dishes and ensures proper, non-wet storage.
• Inspects dishes and re-washes as necessary.
• Removes trash, breaks down boxes, cleans floors, and supports deep cleaning projects.
• Completes quarterly deep cleaning and may clean other areas like the break room.
• Adapts to varying business levels to meet guest/internal needs.
• Assists team members to meet guest needs.
• Uses all equipment properly and follows safety procedures.
• Monitors chemicals to reduce cost and waste.
• Keeps a clean and safe work area compliant with regulations.
