Job summary
Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a dedicated dishwasher for a full-time, on-site position in our hotel kitchens in Chattanooga, TN. You will wash and sanitize dishware by hand or with equipment, polish stainless steel, and keep the dishwashing area and kitchen clean and safe.

Qualifications
- Hotel or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Polish stainless steel and silverware to hotel presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, walls, vents, and work surfaces.
- Clean spills promptly to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Empty, clean, and return trash bins as needed.
- Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects.
