Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Cook to support our Food & Beverage team at our Durango location. This role prepares, seasons, and cooks food for guests while upholding quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced kitchen, follows recipes, and contributes to a clean, guest-focused operation. Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling based on hotel needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow recipes and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow safety rules.
• Flexible schedule to meet hotel and Food & Beverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare soups, salads, meats, vegetables, and other items according to recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized cook line and workstation.
• Follow sanitation procedures and safety practices to prevent foodborne illness.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned.
