Texas Hotel Management is seeking a skilled Hotel Painter to join our maintenance team. You will perform interior and exterior painting across guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and public areas, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of painting experience, knowledge of surfaces, primers, coatings, and the ability to work with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of painting experience, preferably in hotels or similar environments.
• Knowledge of surface prep, primers, coatings, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to operate brushes, rollers, spray guns, and protective equipment.
• Good eye for detail and quality, with safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting of hotel rooms, corridors, lobbies, and facilities.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming as needed.
• Mix and match paints to match hotel standards and color schemes.
• Repair minor wall defects before painting and protect furniture and fixtures.
• Apply finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Maintain tools and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Complete tasks within assigned timelines and follow safety procedures.
