Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking an HVAC Facility Technician in Montgomery, TX to support the hotel’s engineering and maintenance operations. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure guest comfort and safe environments.

Responsibilities include inspections, system monitoring, and prompt repair of issues while following safety procedures. This role requires availability for on-site work, some evenings/weekends, and strong customer

Qualifications

EPA Section 608 Certification required.
Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnostics and repair.
Familiarity with safety procedures and HVAC codes/regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to urgent situations.

Responsibilities

Provide professional HVAC service, maintenance, and repair across hotel facilities.
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and ventilation.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure efficiency and brand standards.
Monitor and adjust system controls, thermostats, and building automation systems.
Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and perform prompt repairs.
Follow OSHA and site safety procedures; maintain clean, organized work areas.
