Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Stamford Doubletree in Stamford, CT is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage property-level HR operations and partner with hiring managers to drive talent acquisition. You will oversee onboarding, training, performance and benefits administration, ensure legal compliance, champion associate engagement, and administer safety programs to protect staff and guests.

This role uses Workday for HR data, with a focus on recruitment, records accuracy, and regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to support HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts on property, partnering with hiring managers and managing the hiring process through Workday.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records across HRIS, training, performance, and benefits.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training programs that support associate development and brand standards.
• Champion associate engagement and relations through recognition programs, performance management, and open communication.
• Administer safety, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes while promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
