Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Houseperson to support housekeeping by cleaning public spaces and assisting with guestroom tasks. You will stock linens, assist with laundry and trash removal, and help ensure a welcoming, home-like stay for guests.

Must be 18+ with ability to lift at least 20 lbs; weekend and holiday availability preferred. McKibbon emphasizes guiding principles and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience is a plus.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Courteous, friendly demeanor with guests, clients and associates.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas: hallways, lobbies, and common spaces.
• Assist with linen distribution, trash removal, and laundry delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and guest areas; refill supplies.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts and linen closets.
• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and safety.
