Job summary

Montage International seeks a Houseperson Extra to support the housekeeping team at our New York property. You will assist room attendants, manage linen flow, and help deliver supplies to guest rooms and floors, ensuring clean, organized areas.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work with carts and equipment, including pulling up to 250 lbs and lifting up to 75 lbs. Prior housekeeping/hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from work areas and deliver to loading dock or dumpster.
• Report linen shortages or discrepancies to the manager or supervisor.
• Keep storage and distribution areas clean and organized.
• Distribute linen and supplies to designated hotel areas.
• Deliver goods and linen to guest rooms and floors.
• Make and deliver roll-away beds and cribs.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors and areas.
