Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare staff schedules and distribute workload.

• Assist with room cleaning when needed.
• Train and supervise new associates and provide ongoing training.
• Identify VIPs, special requests and early make-ups.
• Maintain records for lost and found.
• Run departure reports and verify rooms in your section.
• Write work orders and report safety hazards to management.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and cleaning products.
