Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay in Hawaii. You will lead daily housekeeping operations, inspect rooms and public spaces, and manage staff, scheduling, and payroll while supporting budgeting and cost controls.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership during peak times and deep cleaning projects, with a focus on safety, guest satisfaction, and adherence to hotel standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a 2 to 4-year college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring smooth operations in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and hotel/brand standards are met.
• Assist in overseeing housekeeping staff, including scheduling and payroll according to business forecasts and budget guidelines.
• Manage inventory and order housekeeping supplies, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste, and assist in processing invoices and purchase orders.
• Support with the preparation of departmental budgets and financial plans.
• Hands-on assistance with cleaning during peak periods as well as deep cleaning projects.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and any other functions required by management.
