Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Olympia is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and deliver first-class service. You will clean rooms, replenish supplies, and report any issues to the supervisor, ensuring comfort and safety for guests.

This role requires weekend availability, physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift, and the ability to work efficiently within a set time frame while upholding Hilton's high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk and bend for long periods.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Ability to clean rooms to a high standard and follow protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, change linens, and replenish bathroom supplies.
• Straighten furniture and return chairs/tables to their areas.
• Check room conditions and notify supervisor of malfunctions or damages.
• Provide great guest service while working within time frames.

Duties:

• Cleaning guest rooms, including changing the bed linens and cleaning and replenishing the bathroom
• Straighten furniture and return chairs and tables to the appropriate areas
• Check the general conditions of the room and notify supervisor of any malfunction or damage
• Some light and heavy lifting
• Provide great guest service
• Ability to clean rooms efficiently within a time frameHigh standard of cleanliness
• Some flexibility in work schedule
• Must be able to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
