Qualifications

• Cleans hotel guestrooms, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
• Sorts, counts, folds, or carries hotel linens.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains housekeeping carts.
• Greets guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Communicates with maintenance regarding room needs.
• Follows KHC policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning to franchise standards within required timeframes.
• Move furniture, hang drapes, and roll carpets as needed.
• Transport trash to disposal area.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Ensure key control and guest privacy policies.
