Job summary

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent (GED).
3+ years of senior housekeeping experience.
Excellent leadership, organizing, and customer service skills.
Strong understanding of EVS including cleaning processes and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

Manage daily tasks of housekeeping department, including guest rooms and public areas.
Ensure cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and arrange repairs as needed.
Oversee department budget, inventory, and stock of cleaning supplies.
Hire and train housekeeping staff to meet cleanliness and customer satisfaction standards.
Keep records of cleaned areas and note any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests.
