Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support housekeeping staff by delivering linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms and service areas.
• Remove trash, soiled linens, and room service items from hallways and guest floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and restrooms.
• Set up and break down furniture, equipment, and banquet/event spaces as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with luggage or room needs.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to the appropriate department.
• Restock housekeeping carts and storage closets to ensure efficient operations.
