Hotel Housekeeping Attendant 1 (Finance)

Department: Global Hospitality Leadership

Salary: $15.00/hour

Description

Responsible for the general housekeeping of guest rooms and public areas of the Hilton College and Hotel.

1. Clean and service assigned guest rooms and/or public areas in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards.
2. Replenish guest rooms and baths with amenities, supplies, and linen and terry in accordance with brand standards.
3. Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously; report guest complaints or requests to appropriate departments.
4. Report requests for repairs to the lead, supervisor, or maintenance department following hotel procedures.
5. Maintain linen carts and supplies, organized according to hotel standards.
6. Report lost and found articles to the supervisor.
7. Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued daily.
8. Maintain a professional, neat, and organized appearance in line with hotel and brand standards.
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience will be considered in lieu of education. Education will be considered in lieu of experience.

MQ: Ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic, and follow oral and/or written instructions, typically acquired through 9 to 11 years of formal schooling. Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience required.
