Job summary

Extended Stay America, operated by ESA Management, LLC, is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in alignment with company standards and guidelines. You will help maintain carts, assist with guest requests, and contribute to a clean, safe environment for all guests and staff.

The role emphasizes a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies. Training is provided, and the position participates in company programs and benefits.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and communicate effectively with manager and staff.
• Follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and company standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest experience by cleaning guest rooms per standards.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms adhering to policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, carts rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Notifies front desk/management of any guest property left in rooms.
• Assists guests and accommodates requests whenever possible and practical.
• Follows safety and security policies and completes required training.

Education

No prior experience or training necessary.
