DoubleTree Orlando Downtown is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to join our team in Orlando, Florida. You will maintain cleanliness in guest corridors, remove waste, and support the housekeeping department to deliver a welcoming guest experience.

Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 25 pounds, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and thrive in a team environment that values service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest hallways and corridors.
• Remove trash from hallway cans and carts; dispose in trash dumpster.
• Vacuum hallways, elevators, carpet edges, stairwells; shampoo carpets as needed.
• Clean vending areas, ice machines, candy machines, soda machines.
• Dust light fixtures, railings and other fixtures.
• Remove soiled linen from carts and transport to laundry for cleaning.
• Restock carts with clean linen for room attendants.
• Collect dirty glasses from guest rooms and return cleaned glasses to stock.
