Job summary

Pier House in Orlando is seeking a dedicated Hotel Room Attendant to support the DoubleTree Orlando Downtown team. You will clean and maintain guest rooms, including bathrooms and bedrooms, following brand standards, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues as needed.

This role requires willingness to work varied shifts, strong teamwork, and physical stamina to lift items while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift 10–25 pounds and to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest room areas per standards.
• Stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets as assigned.
• Complete assigned paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist with guest requests and spill cleanup as needed.
