Job summary

LUMA Hotel San Francisco is seeking a part-time Houseperson to support housekeeping operations in the Mission Bay area. You will assist room attendants with linens, trash, and guest-item delivery, while helping deep-clean and maintain area cleanliness to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Strong teamwork, reliable schedule, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are important. The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous houseperson in a full-service hotel or similar job experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasional climbing.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping storage areas and closets.
• Delivering items as needed to rooms and assisting attendants.
• Clean designated areas around the hotel and replenish supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with meeting space setup.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and assist supervisors as needed.
