Job summary

The Key Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn Dubuque, managed by Q Casino & Resort, are seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to high cleanliness standards. You will replace linens, stock amenities, and assist with laundry as needed, while upholding guest privacy and safety policies.

Excellent attention to detail and professional customer service are essential. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, and flexibility to work rotating shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carts, closets, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and any unusual or suspicious activity promptly.
• Support laundry operations as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
