Job Title: Hotel housekeepers: Milwaukee

Long-term Temporary positions

Shift: First Shift

Days: Monday – Sunday

Our downtown Milwaukee hotel client is seeking full time, experienced housekeepers. This downtown hotel offers a great work environment to those individuals who excel in hospitality. The right candidate will ensure a safe and clean experience for the guests and associates.

Job duties include:

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floor surfaces using cloths, sponges, brushes, mops and cleaning agents.
• Maintain the level of cleanliness as dictated by hotel policy and procedures
• Strip and make beds, changing bed at scheduled frequency dictated by hotel policy and procedure
• Dust all furniture, pictures drawers window ledges and shelves.
• Vacuum carpeted areas
• Empty the trash cans
• Replenish amenities such as bathroom supplies in each guest room
• Replenish cart’s cleaning supplies and linen supplies

Note: the changing of bed linens may require lifting bedspreads weighing up to 35lbs.

Experience and skills: Though this client trains each individual on how to work within their system, the ideal candidate must have verifiable prior work experience as a hotel housekeeper.

• A criminal background check will be performed on each applicant

• This client is on the bus line or the employee must have reliable transportation to get to and from the job site.
