Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to clean and maintain guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for guests. The role includes stocking carts and laundry areas, reporting maintenance issues to the front desk, and assisting with other duties across the hotel as needed, while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Completes required and annual Extended Stay University training.
