Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and communicate effectively with the manager and staff.
• Follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains cleaning carts, cart rooms and laundry areas per policy.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Adheres to safety and security policies and completes required training.
