Job summary

Extended Stay America in Mt. Pleasant, SC is seeking a Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms meet our standards and provide a high-quality guest experience. You will clean rooms, stock carts, report issues, and assist with additional hotel areas as needed while following safety policies.

Training is provided and weekly pay is offered along with competitive wages and benefits. This role supports a courteous, efficient operation in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed and directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and accommodates reasonable requests when possible.
