Courtyard Charleston - North Charleston is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms, hallways and public areas in a clean and welcoming condition. You will stock supplies, follow established guidelines, and support guest satisfaction through professional service.

Ideal candidates embrace a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires 18+ years of age and reliable clock-in/out practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow guidelines.
• Able to work under high-pressure conditions.
• Effective listening and conflict resolution.
• Clear communication skills.
• Commitment to hospitality and guest service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must clock in/out on time and not work off the clock.
• Breaks to be taken as scheduled; provide notice when calling out.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Stock supplies and tools on assigned cart; attend stand-up; handle dirty linen.
• Perform pre-cleaning and restocking duties; assist with cleaning as needed.
