Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking dedicated housekeepers to clean and service guest rooms in a timely, organized manner, following hotel procedures and standards. The role includes maintaining a clean linen cart, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring the security of equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms promptly and per hotel standards.
• Keep an organized, well-stocked linen cart.
• Report areas needing attention in guest rooms (fixtures, locks, TVs, HVAC).
• Maintain security of equipment, keys and supplies issued.
• Report lost and found items to supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely manner.
