Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hiring housekeepers to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service across guest rooms and public spaces in our Durham hotel.

You will follow brand standards and safety guidelines, keep a neat linen cart, report needed repairs, and respond promptly to guest requests, contributing to guest satisfaction.

This is a full-time position with pay $14-$16 per hour and daytime hours, offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers who will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
• Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
• Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
