Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join the team. The role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas, stocking supplies, and maintaining high cleanliness standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualificações

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
