Schulte Hospitality Group in Rochester, NY is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant for a part-time role. You will clean rooms and public areas, restock supplies, and uphold safety standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as required.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and surrounding area.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests left behind and report per lost-and-found procedures.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
