Job summary

Full House Resorts is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member for on-site work in Cripple Creek, CO. Responsibilities include cleaning public hotel areas, delivering supplies, and assisting room attendants to ensure a pristine guest environment.

Applicants should have prior housekeeping experience and be able to work under deadlines while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Benefits and continuous training are provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of hotel operations.
• Experience performing under deadlines or pressure.
• Experience in problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas.
• Transport linens, towels, and supplies throughout the hotel.
• Remove and dispose of trash and waste from guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist Room Attendants with cleaning guest rooms and turnover.
• Clean and stock housekeeping closets, carts, and storage areas.
• Respond to guest requests for towels or supplies with courteous service.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned floors and common areas.
• Transport soiled and clean linens to/from laundry per procedures.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
