You will maintain carts/cart rooms, restock as directed, and report maintenance or guest property issues to the front desk. Safety and ESA trainings are part of the role.

The position supports a high-guest-experience environment, with responsibilities including guest requests and upholding cleanliness across spaces within the property.

• Understand and adhere to time objectives and productivity expectations

Aufgaben

• Clean assigned guest rooms per company standards
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas
• Stock carts and cart rooms as directed
• Report maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty
• Report left guest property in checkout rooms to front desk/manager on duty
• Assist guests and provide reasonable accommodations when possible
• Follow safety and security policies and complete ESA University trainings
