Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure the hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and aligned with brand standards and guest expectations. Flexible scheduling may be required based on occupancy.

You will perform routine housekeeping tasks, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests with a friendly, proactive approach to maintain a positive guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated team player with initiative and desire for achievement
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and rearranging the room after guests check out
• Ensure all rooms are cared for according to brand and IHM standards
• Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances
