You will perform basic housekeeping tasks, restock supplies, and maintain rooms to brand standards while coordinating with supervisors for any issues or damages. This position emphasizes guest service, reliability, and teamwork within a supportive hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting and tidying rooms.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for according to brand and Island Hospitality Management (IHM) standards.
• Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and product quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with supervisors for damages or guest issues and escalate as needed.
