Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable rooms and public spaces for guests. You’ll follow established cleaning procedures, restock supplies, and assist guests with requests, delivering a friendly Service +1 experience.

Flexibility matters: weekends shifts may be required plus the potential for full-time or part-time hours. Prior cleaning experience isn’t required, but reliability and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Excellent customer service.
• Must walk/stand entire shift and lift 25–35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance items.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
• Help in laundry and clean public spaces as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service with a Service +1 attitude.
• Weekend work may be required.
