• Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms to standards and ensure guest comfort.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues.
• Restock and replace linens, towels, and amenities.
• Assist in laundry or cleaning public areas when needed.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve needs promptly.
• Maintain a positive team environment and uphold standards seven days a week.
• Weekend work may be required for this position.
