Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for guests through friendly, proactive service.
• Perform housekeeping tasks to keep rooms clean, fresh, and well-maintained.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance or supply needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
• Deliver Service +1 attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report to Executive Housekeeper or General Manager.
