Formación

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong customer service attitude and guest interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Perform hotel cleaning tasks to keep rooms clean per standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to guests with a Service +1 attitude.
• Report to the Executive Housekeeping/General Manager.
