Job summary

InnVentures LLC is seeking a Housekeeper for Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown in WA. You will maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and support hotel operations to ensure a welcoming stay.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and weekend/holiday availability. Prior cleaning or customer service experience is a plus, and strong communication helps you thrive in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds and restock guest room supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, remove trash and follow green practices.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Clean multiple rooms each day.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken/missing items.
• Collaborate with all departments to meet hotel goals.
