Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas and housekeeping spaces as needed.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and environmental procedures.
• Properly use and care for cleaning equipment, supplies, and tools.
• Keep housekeeping cart, equipment, and work areas organized throughout the shift.
• Report maintenance issues, room damage, or other concerns to management.
• Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding guests and hotel operations.
• Respond to guest requests and questions in a friendly and professional manner.
