Element Overland Park is seeking a dependable Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. You will clean and prepare guest rooms, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and with a team, and a friendly, professional approach with guests. The position follows a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with weekend shifts 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare, and inspect assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, and stocked for arriving guests
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and housekeeping spaces as needed
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and environmental procedures
• Use and care for cleaning equipment, supplies, and tools
• Keep housekeeping cart, equipment, and work areas organized
• Report maintenance issues and guest concerns to management
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Acknowledge guests and assist when appropriate
• Follow established procedures and housekeeping standards
• Attend required training and participate in team meetings
