Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel, with daily room servicing and replenishment of supplies while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hotel or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to convey information clearly and evaluate actions quickly; works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel standards as required by scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag.
• Comply with company standards and safety/security procedures to ensure safe operations.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• Perform pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms; reset for next guests.
• May be required to perform deep cleaning in guest rooms as part of preventive maintenance.
• Deep cleaning tasks may include changing AC filters, cleaning coils, minor touch-ups to walls and furniture.
