Job summary

Marriott Madison West is seeking a friendly Housekeeper / Room Attendant to maintain clean and comfortable guest rooms and public areas. You will clean rooms, replace amenities, and ensure safe, inviting environments for guests during a 8 a.m.–4 p.m. shift.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to hygiene as part of a high-standard hospitality operation. Full-time and part-time positions are available; prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to communicate in English and work well in a team.
• Experience in housekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas throughout the hotel.
• Remove soiled linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms.
• Make beds, replenish amenities, mop and vacuum floors, and clean all surfaces and furniture in guest rooms.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety best practices.
• Provide friendly service to all guests.
• Assist team members and management to help department operate efficiently.
